All sales are final. I do not offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, I will replace the item. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. If a return is required, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be used properly and not damaged from misuse. Replacement requests are handled case-by-case. I stand behind what I make — if there’s a real problem, I’ll make it right.
